How much room do I need in my house?

• The massage table I use measures approximately 73 inches (185 cm) in length and 28 inches (71 cm) in width. In addition to the table, I require a small amount of space around it to maneuver comfortably during the session. It's recommended to clear an area that allows for easy access to both sides of the table for an optimal massage experience. What should I expect during a massage session?

• Each session begins with a brief consultation to discuss your specific needs and any areas of focus. I will then set up the massage table with clean sheets. During the massage, I use draping techniques to ensure your privacy and only uncover the area of the body I am working on.

What types of massages do you offer?

• I specialize in Swedish massage for relaxation and deep pressure techniques to address muscle tension and soreness. I also offer customized sessions based on your preferences and needs.

Do I need to provide anything for the massage?

• I bring everything needed for a comfortable massage experience, including a professional massage table, fresh linens, and high-quality massage oils. You just need to provide some relaxing music of your choice.

Are you a registered massage therapist (RMT)?

• No, I am not a registered massage therapist. However, I am trained in various massage techniques and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing learning and practice.

How should I prepare for my massage session?

• It's recommended to shower beforehand to feel more relaxed and comfortable. Also, refrain from eating a heavy meal just before your session.

What safety precautions do you take?

• I adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices, including disinfecting equipment and changing linens between clients.
