How much room do I need in my house?

• The massage table I use measures approximately 73 inches (185 cm) in length and 28 inches (71 cm) in width. In addition to the table, I require a small amount of space around it to maneuver comfortably during the session. It's recommended to clear an area that allows for easy access to both sides of the table for an optimal massage experience. • Each session begins with a brief assessment to discuss your specific needs and any areas of focus. I will then set up the massage table with clean sheets. During the massage, I use draping techniques to ensure your privacy and only uncover the area of the body I am working on.

Do I need to provide anything for the massage?

• I bring everything needed for a comfortable massage experience, including a professional massage table, fresh linens, and high-quality massage oils. You just need to provide some relaxing music of your choice.

How should I prepare for my massage session?

• It's recommended to shower beforehand to feel more relaxed and comfortable. Also, refrain from eating a heavy meal just before your session.

What safety precautions do you take?

• I adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices, including disinfecting equipment and changing linens between clients. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

• I accept cash or e-transfer payments at the end of your session. Please have payment ready at the time of service.
